Terms and conditions/Pricing

By purchasing cannabis clones from Pure Propagation, LLC, you are agreeing to the following without exception:

1. You will not resell, reassign, transfer, or re-gift our phenotypes to any entity other than the purchaser without express written agreement.  
2. Each dome will be sealed with a tamper proof label.  All mother plants are tested with Tumi Genomics for known viroids. Please see the attached Certificate of Authenticity for results on the purchased strains.
3. Once you have purchased the initial sample (base price) of a given phenotype, you own the right to purchase that phenotype anytime in the future at lower clone price.
4. Cost of delivery is not included in base+clone price unless otherwise stated.
5. 25% of the total invoice is due at time of order.  Remaining balance due upon delivery.
6. Delivery of clones will not be completed without legal transfer in the Montana CCD METRC system.
7. Upon receipt of clones, the following procedures should be followed to reduce the risk of latent viroid  or other contamination into your facility:

a.  isolate clones and retest 3 additional times beginning three weeks after switching to a new growing medium.

 b.  never use any scissors, scalpels, or other tools on a plant without first cleaning

      With a 10% bleach solution for a minimum of 60 seconds.

 c.  only handle plants with gloved hands and always dip gloves in a 10% bleach       

      solution for 60 seconds before touching another plant..
